What started as a small 10×10 ft kiosk in Karur has today grown into 18+ outlets across India and Dubai, driven by strong unit economics, consistent products, and a brand-first approach to expansion. Under his leadership, the brand has evolved beyond classic desserts into layered indulgences, drinkable faloodas, and D2C-ready products made for today’s urban lifestyle.
